Deed :

Fizza Shah. A selfless and caring lady who houses injured and wounded animals. She goes out of the way to rescue them from various places. Be it stray dogs or cattle, hen or squirrel, blind calf or kitten, swan or duck every animal is treated equal. A dedication that is unimaginable, she has housed all of them in her farm which is about 70kms from Mumbai. She never takes any donation or sponsorship. Recently she adopted 4 retired mumbai police bomb detection and disposal squad dogs. It was a length and tough process to convince the administration. Finally, they were convinced. She is awaiting another retired dog from the Narcotics department. She says "her learning during the last 15 years has been tremendous and feels it is a privilege to serve those who have no voice" and she thanks The Almighty for providing her the required strength. A lady with a golden heart, truly! Very inspiring indeed.
